" m7 E% M4 R; W: Y+ y4 F2 M  k  h【中英文摘要】 采用单纯形调优法对多层光学膜系进行了优化设计 ,并开发了相应的优化设计程序。用该优化程序已经成功地设计出了可见光区高增透膜系。与其他光学薄膜自动设计方法得到的结果相比 ,在膜系层数相同甚至更少的情况下 ,用该方法可以得到很好的优化效果 ,而且优化过程对初始膜系的依赖性较低
Optimum design for multi-layer optical thin films by the simplex method is discussed, and the relative optimum design program is also developed. Multi-layer optical thin films with the high transmittance of 99.5% or more in visible region are designed successfully by using this program. Compared with the results obtained from other optimum design methods, better results can be achieved under the same coating layer numbers or even less layer numbers by using the method presented in this paper.
