透射式光热透镜技术的原理和应用: L7 G$ b% p8 g/ D# p
3 i$ b1 S/ }$ a3 e2 M" t李绪平[1,2,3] 蒋晓东[1] 郑万国[1] 郭袁俊[2][1]中国工程物理研究院激光聚变研究中心,四川绵阳621900 [2]电子科技大学物理电子学院,四川成都610054 [3]中核404总公司,甘肃兰州732850摘要:透射式光热透镜技术是光热偏转技术的新发展。介绍了透射式光热透镜技术测量光学玻璃、光学薄膜弱吸收的基本原理和装置。用Matlab对透射式光热透射技术的原理进行了模拟,对K9玻璃以及在K9玻璃上镀制的薄膜样品的弱吸收进行了测试。结果表明,透射式光热透镜技术是一种高灵敏度的热波检测技术,其灵敏度最高可以达到0.1ppm,而且可以对膜层中的缺陷进行检测。

) ^% X) J6 P* Y, p m) KAbstract:Transmission photo-thermal lens technique is a progress.The basic principle and experiment setup for the transmission photo-thermal lens technique is presented,which is adopted to measure the weak absorption of optical glass and optical thin films.The principle has been simulated by Matlab.The weak absorption of K9 glass and optical thin films coated on K9 glass has been tested.The results show that the transmission photo-thermal lens technique is a highly sensitive thermal wave method,and the highest sensitivity can reach 0.1ppm.Defects in thin films can be detected by this setup as well.
