一种双通道窄带滤光片的设计与制备
/ s, _) _" l4 _0 S* v- G王济洲 熊玉卿 刘宏开 陈焘兰州物理研究所,表面工程技术国家级重点实验室,甘肃兰州730000摘要:对光子晶体技术在滤光片设计中的应用进行了可行性研究。利用一维光子晶体进行了双通道窄带滤光片的设计,并利用离子束辅助沉积方法进行了滤光片的镀制。同时研究了膜层的误差对滤光片光谱性能的影响,表明其敏感层主要是缺陷层。实验结果表明,运用光子晶体概念进行双通道窄带滤光片设计是可行的。2 [, o7 q1 W: g

/ f9 n. L6 ?2 M2 O) uAbstract:The possibility of designing optical filters using photonic crystals technique was studied in this paper. A dualchannel optical filter was designed using photonic crystal concept and prepared by/on Beam Assisted Deposition (IBAD). The influence of thickness error of each layer to optical character was also discussed, and the result shows that the most sensitive layer is defect-layer. So it is possible to design dual-channel filters using one-dimension photonic crystals concept.
