基于固体腔的超窄带F—P干涉滤光片黎明 胡必春 聂明局华中科技大学光电子科学与工程学院,湖北武汉430074摘 要:介绍了一种利用熔融石英作为间隔层来实现F—P超窄带干涉滤光片的设计原理与方法。并制备了半宽2nm,透射率约90%的滤光片。该滤光片间隔层的干涉级次很高,能有效压缩带宽,实现超窄带滤波,不但极大提高了峰值透射率,而且温度稳定性好。[著者文摘]0 Y0 q8 O2 K. [# J( M
