卫生部将督查新型农村合作医疗基金使用情况

<p>　　中新网2月22日电 卫生部新闻发言人毛群安今天做客新华网谈如何逐步解决农民看病难题，他表示卫生部今年将把新型农村合作医疗基金的管理和使用情况作为监督检查的重点。</p>

<p>　　国家从一开始就要求，合作医疗的基金必须是封闭运行。要专帐专户管理，防止挪用。去年国家审计署专门对合作医疗基金进行了审计。从审计情况来看，绝大多数地区都是按照国家帐目封闭运行的要求，基金管理不错，但是也发生几个地方在基金的管理上还有漏<!--NEWSZW_HZH_BEGIN--><table border=0 cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0 align=left>

<p>　　毛群安说，新型农村合作医疗基金一定要支付到一个合适的比例，既要保证这个基金不出现大的透支，同时又要保证给农民较大比例的报销。现在由于这个制度在各地都是处于试点阶段，确定的报销比例以及报销办法，各地还不尽相同。每年收取费用的基金，因为合作医疗管理上最大的难题，就是要把这个基金运作好，钱收好、管理好，在合作医疗基金使用上不能发生问题，这是合作医疗试点自始至终关注的一个焦点问题，就是要把基金用好，保证它用在补贴农民的医疗费上。所以在今年的试点当中，<span class=yqlink><form class=yqin action=http://www&#46;iask&#46;com/n method=post><input type=hidden name=k value=卫生部></form><a href=http://www&#46;iask&#46;com/n?k=卫生部 target=_blank onClick="activateYQinl(this);return false;" class=akey title=卫生部>卫生部</a></span>把基金的管理以及基金使用情况的监督检查作为工作的重点。</p>
