北京将再建两家由政府买单的平价医院

<p>　　本报讯 (通讯员朱晓华 魏颖) 本市首家平价医院———上地医院开业两个月之后，海淀将再增两家平价医院，这种医院由政府花钱买服务，个人、企业都可参与创办。海淀区的这一举措，既解决了贫困人群“看病难”的问题，又可充分利用社会资源。</p>

5 ^: Q* I/ F8 q<p>　　海淀区区长周良洛说，新增加的羊坊店平价<span class=yqlink><form class=yqin action=http://www&#46;iask&#46;com/n method=post><input type=hidden name=k value=医院></form><a href=http://www&#46;iask&#46;com/n?k=医院 target=_blank onClick="activateYQinl(this);return false;" class=akey title=医院>医院</a></span>将由原北京铁路局医院改建，改建工程今年底完成。该医院地处海淀区南部，可照顾到城里人员就医，同时靠近北京西站，方便流动人口就近看病。北部农村平价医院2007年底实现接诊，将在海淀北部四镇（西北旺、苏家坨、温泉和上庄镇）的卫生医院中选择一家改建。</p>

8 U' s& T5 l0 s( e& w$ i<p>　　对于新增的两家平价医院，创建模式也不再是政府完全“包办”，而是引入社会力量，由政府花钱买服务，以招标、成立医疗救助基金等多种形式进行，探索开办平价医院的多种模式。</p>
