玻璃基底上双波段增透膜的设计与制备6 O& c6 y& o3 j, Z5 ^7 u, w! C
杭凌侠 田刚 潘永强西安工业大学光电工程学院,西安710032摘 要:采用离子束辅助沉积技术,在K9玻璃基底上完成了双波段(0.43~0.9μm及1.54μm)增透膜的设计与制备,单面镀制该增透薄膜的实测光谱曲线表明:在0.43~0.9μm波长范围内,平均透射率大于94.6%,峰值透射率大于95.4%;在1.54μm波长处,透射率不低于93.5%.[著者文摘]
