【摘要】 以单层薄膜为例 ,首先应用多光束干涉原理 ,推导出光强反射率公式 ,然后讨论薄膜的增透、增反作用与其厚度、折射率之间的关系。
【英文摘要】 In the paper, the author takes one-layer thin film for example and, based on the Theory of Multiple-beam Interfernce, the formula of the light reflectivity of intensity is deduced. Then is analyzed the relationship between the functions of the addition of thin film transmission / reflection and its thickness / refraction index.
