In this paper, we discussed the design principles and method of the filter, and optimization design of the filter was also investigated. In order to reduce the transmittance band ripple of film system, we used the equivalent-index method to design the filter and to optimize the thickness of some chosen films. The film system spectrum has a relatively flat ripple and high transmittance in transmittance band. Its average transmittance ratio is more than 90%, and the minimum transmittance ratio exceeds 85 % in the pass band. The average transmittance ratio is less than 1%, and the maximum transmittance ratio under 5 % in the rejection band. The result shows that make use of the method of optimizing some chosen films, the film system is simplified and it is convenient to monitor the film thickness. 关 键 词:红外 长波通滤光片 薄膜设计 优化" o! t: n# @1 f" R  |
