铬膜分光镜光学特性的研究+ H X6 ^- R! B
钱惠国浙江师范大学信息光学研究所,浙江金华321004摘要:给出了单层金属薄膜分光镜透(反)射率的计算方法,讨论了铬膜分光镜透(反)射率与光波波长、铬膜厚度、入射角度及入射方向之间的关系,同时比较了单层铬膜分光镜和添加介质层后的金属-介质分光镜,发现后者具有更高的能量利用率.讨论结果对铬膜分光镜及其他金属薄膜分光镜的制备和应用具有重要的指导作用.9 E( ]- v) P1 }4 |% A- d5 l3 `

Abstract:A calculation method of measuring reflectivity and transmittance of single-layered metal film spec- trcopes was presented ; the relations between reflectivity/transmittance and wavelength, thickness of Cr film, angle of incidence, direction of incidence were discussed. Furthermore single-layered Cr film spectroscopes and metal-dielectric spectroscopes with a dielectric layer coated were compared, it was found that energy utilization of the later was much higher. These results would be useful to fabrication and application of Cr film spectroscopes or the other metal film spectroscopes.
